Due to the nature of our products, all food sales are final and returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@shroomami.shop.
Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can review the issue and make it right.
If approved, replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.
