I’m a brewer by trade. Fermentation, balance, process, and ingredient sourcing are the things that shaped my career and continue to shape the way I approach flavor.
Shroomami started in my own kitchen, driven by the same curiosity behind great food and drink: how do you build something with real depth, texture, and character?
After years of experimentation, sourcing ingredients, and refining each element, these mushroom-infused chili crisps took shape. Layered, savory, and built to elevate everyday food.

The person behind Shroomami.
I’ve spent most of my career working in and around brewing, production, and fermentation. Those environments taught me to care about process, details, and consistency.
Food has always been a creative outlet. Shroomami grew from years of experimenting in the kitchen and chasing flavors with more depth, balance, and character than what I was finding elsewhere.
Over time, it became more than a product idea. It became a way to combine creativity, process, and a larger long-term vision.
